01 — Antipasti

To begin

Burrata, pomodorini, basilico: € 19; Puglian burrata, hillside tomatoes, basil torn at the table, oil from the family grove.
Crudo di ricciola, limone, finocchio: € 24; Amberjack cut thin, Amalfi lemon, shaved fennel, green oil.
Carciofi alla brace: € 17; Artichokes over embers, anchovy butter, parsley, lemon.
Olive, pane, olio nuovo: € 9; Cured olives, bread from the wood oven, this year’s pressing.

Spaghetti alle vongole e limone: € 26; Clams landed the same morning, lemon, a little chilli, parsley.
Paccheri al ragù di coniglio: € 28; Rabbit cooked slowly with white wine, olives and rosemary.
Trofie al pesto di basilico: € 23; Pounded in the mortar, potato, green beans, aged pecorino.

From the harbour

Pesce del giorno al sale: € 68; Whole, baked in salt, opened at the table. For two.
Gamberi rossi alla brace: € 34; Red prawns over embers, oil, sea salt, nothing else.

From the hills

Agnello, timo, patate nuove: € 36; Lamb from Agerola, wild thyme, potatoes cooked in the fat.
Pollo al limone e origano: € 29; Half a chicken under a brick, lemon, oregano, bitter greens.

To finish

Torta caprese: € 12; Almond and dark chocolate, no flour, cream on the side.
Gelato al fiordilatte, olio, sale: € 10; Milk gelato, new oil poured over, a pinch of salt.
